RESPONSIBLE GAMING POLICY

 

1. OBJECTIVES.

The purpose of this Responsible Gaming Policy ("Policy") is to express A2FBR Ltda.'s ("A2FBR") commitment to minimizing the negative effects of problem gambling and promoting responsible gaming practices among its customers.

 

2. TOOLS.

A2FBR is committed to promoting responsible gambling among its customers and contributing to raising awareness of responsible gambling. To this end, A2FBR's platform ("Platform") includes the following tools:

 

2.1 Temporary suspension or permanent deletion of the punter's profile:

 

Bettors may request the temporary suspension or permanent deletion of their account at any time via the website or application. Such exclusion will also result in the cancellation of any other means of contact that A2FBR makes available or may make available for other purposes.
 

Both the temporary suspension and the permanent deletion of the profile by the bettor will be processed immediately after A2FBR has received the request via the website or the application.
 

During the period of temporary suspension, the bettor may request the transfer of any balance existing in his profile on the Platform only to the current account of his ownership registered on the Platform prior to the request for temporary suspension from the Platform.
 

In the event of permanent exclusion, any existing balance of your profile on the Platform will be automatically transferred to the current account you have registered on the Platform prior to the request for permanent exclusion from the Platform.

 

2.2 Awareness of gamblers and prevention of pathological gambling disorder

 

Most gamblers gamble in moderation and for entertainment. However, like other habits (such as consumption, sports, eating or drinking alcohol) that don't usually inspire any concern in the general population, gambling can become an addiction for some people and cause problems for a select group of gamblers.

- Outpatient Program for Pathological Gambling at the Hospital das Clínicas, Institute of Psychiatry, HCFMUSP

- PROAD (Program for Orientation and Care of Dependents) Federal University of São Paulo / Paulista School of Medicine

- Holy House of Mercy

 

2.3 Protection of minors

 

A2FBR reinforces that its Platform is aimed at people over 18 (eighteen) years of age. Therefore, bettors must confirm their date of birth when accessing the Platform, as well as that they have reached the age of majority.
 

In addition, we recommend that bettors who are responsible for minors keep their access data to the A2FBR Platform out of the reach of minors under their care, as well as install parental control software on the electronic equipment through which they access the Platform channels.
 

 

3. APPROVAL.

This Policy was approved at the A2FBR members' meeting held on November 8, 2024.
